1. COPYRIGHT
~This blog comprises copyright materials and trademarks belong to MyRedRozette and other third parties. Usage of these materials and trademarks are prohibited unless you are authorised to do so.
2. PRODUCTS
~All items are either imported from out of Malaysia or purchased locally. We will state the origin of the products being sold every time we post our products in our blog.
~Colours display may not be exactly 100% from the original colour due to the lighting or computers screen settings. However, we will do our best to describe the colour accurately.
~All items' price are excluded from POSTAGE COST
3. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
~Please note that reservations and bookings only valid for 36 hours after confirmation
~For bookings between more than 36 hours - 3 days, 25% deposit is required. For reservation up to 7 days, 50% deposit is required. As for reservation for up to 14 days, you need to pay at least 75% of the items reserved by day 10.
~If you cancel your order after you pay the deposit, the deposit will not be returned. So, please check your capability to pay before you place any order or make any bookings and reservations.
~No cancellation or back out after confirmation being made. Any back out buyer will be blacklisted and emails will be blocked.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
~Payment can be made via MAYBANK or CIMB account. The account number will be given upon confirmation.
~Payment should be made within 36 hours after confirmation
~For payment using ONLINE BANKING (M2U, CIMB clicks) please add our email address redrozette@gmail.com for payment notification
~All proof of payments must be scanned and emailed to us. We will not proceed with delivery process until we receive the payment proof
~Once payment being done and payment proof being emailed, please inform us through email.
~All items will be sent on the next day upon payment confirmation
~All items will be delivered within 1 week upon payment confirmation
~Delivery Method: POS LAJU ONLY
5. Refund or Goods Exchange
~Once the goods are delivered there will be not refund or exchange of item sold unless there are defects on our side.
~Please check your parcel for any damage before signing for the package receival. MyRedRozetted will be not liable for any damage during delivery.
~MyRedRozette will inspect the quality of the items before delivery. However, any defect caused by MyRedRozette must be reported and returned within 3 days after receiving. Otherwise, we will not be held liable for the defeccts and it will be considered as wear and tear.
~Full refund or any exchange of item will be only allowed if defects are caused by mishandling of MyRedRozette (manufacturing defects, permanent dirts)
~Refunds or exchange of items due to other than defects caused by MyRedRozette (i.e: colour/design preference, design change) are not allowed.
~Items to be exchanged/refunded must be returned to us with its original packing and reasons. Otherwise, any demand of refund or exchange will not be entertained.
~Cost of postage for refund/exchange will be beared by the buyer
6. POSTAGE FEE
~1-3 items: RM7
~4-10 items: RM10
~Purchase of more than RM150: 25% - 50% disc of postage fee
